CIAMBELLONE
Ingredients:

- 150 g butter 
- 150 g sugar 
- 3 eggs 
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 g 00 flour 
- 200 g potato flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder for desserts


Method:

Pour soften butter in a bowl and mix it with sugar until it is creamy.

Add one by one vanillin, salt and eggs.

Add little by little the sifted flour with baking powder and potato flour. 

Mix it until you get a smoothed and homogene mixture.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan with a diameter of 24 cm that you already greased and covered in flour, than bake it in a 175-200°C warm oven for 45-50 minutes.
