There are a lot of walking paths that you can choose departing from Caprezzo to discover the National Park of Val Grande. Here you will find wonderful landscapes and a wild and pure nature.

Cappella Porta-Pian Cavallone mountain dew (duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes)
Pian Cavallone mountain dew-Alpe Pala
Caprezzo-Ramello
you can reach in few minutes by car the San Bernardino torrent, Alpe Ompio, the villages of Cossogno and Miazzina, which are good starting points for other nice walks.

Villa Pepa is 7 km far from Verbania Pallanza's landing-stage, where you will find boats to the Borromeo Islands, Saint Catherine's Convent and the cities of Stresa and Baveno.
From Verbania Intra's landing-stage you can catch the boat to the cities of Laveno, Luino and Locarno (in Switzerland).

Swiss border is just 30 km far and we suggest a visit to Bellinzona's Castles: the road to get there is a panoramic way which coasts the lake and passes through Cannero and Cannobio.
